As the first digital marketing manager SUTL group, I spearheaded the corporate identity alignment across group-owned digital assets. I also trained entities’ marketing teams to raise the standard of digital marketing, and managed the digital aspects of property and product launches.
Key projects include:
- Launch of ONE°15 Marina Puteri Harbour and ONE°15 Marina Nirup Island
- Overhaul and alignment of marina property websites, SUTL Corporate site, investor site SUTL Enterprise and digital brand assets
- Development of ONE°15 Members mobile app and Member portal
- Creation of marketing SOP guides to align property marketing teams
- Launch of newly acquired FMCG brands and a white-label F&B brand through 360 marketing campaigns
- Rebranding and testing of SUTL EnvironTech and sdst‘s brand and market positioning
- Creation of digital marketing assets and templates for group entities
- Launch of SUTL eCommerce stores on Shopee, Lazada, and Woocommerce

As the “innovation lead”, I introduced the Club to the power of data and automation. I also:
- Overhauled the Club website to improve UX and increase time-on-site
- Introduced opt-ins and slide-ins to increase online conversions
- Initiated the Club blog to maximize SEO and SERP rank
- Started the Private Members Group to improve Member engagement
- And implemented new digital marketing SOPs which helped reduce 1400 manhours a year and double eDM open rates, among other measurable results.
Beyond the digital realm, I organized events such as SB20 Asian Grandslam, managed the Club’s magazine – Longitude, liaised with strategic partners like Syrena – Singapore’s First Mermaid, and produced marketing collaterals and and managed POSM to support Hotel Rooms, Catering Sales, F&B outlets, Marina and Membership.

Marketing Manager
B1G1 (Buy1GIVE1) | Feb 2016 – Apr 2018
Creating a World Full of Giving: B1G1 is a business giving community with over 3000 members worldwide.
Through persistent testing, I optimized a marketing funnel that brought in 100+ leads a month, increasing the percentage of digital leads from <5% to ~50%. This involved created a host of digital assets such as webinars, e-books, online quizzes, videos, blogposts, checklists, CTA banners, referral and trial programmes, before we found the winning formula that effectively nurtured and converted new members at scale. Apart from building funnels, I pioneered the Joy of Giving Week Campaign, Giving Tuesday campaign, and Christmas Giving campaign, as well as kickstarted the now-thriving Business for Good Community group to increase member engagement. I also organized the annual Study Tour to Cambodia, the global and regional Business for Good Conferences, and assisted in organizing the Charity Impact Awards. As the company was fairly infant when I joined, I created a social media strategy from scratch which was sustained and enhanced by my successor. Today, there is an active following of engaged visitors on their page.
Programmatic Campaign Specialist

The programmatic trading arm of Publicis Groupe. I handled the programmatic media buys for Samsung, Mcdonalds, NEA, BPI, and Swarovski, amongst other brands. Within 1 month, I was managing over 40 campaigns across a variety of DSPs and exchanges such as Doubleclick Bid Manager and The Trade Desk. It was through this stint that I learnt the complex strategies involved in optimizing paid campaigns.
