Oversaw the promotional strategy for the Charity Impact Awards, which aimed at attracting more quality NGOs to join B1G1 as projects that the community could support, as well as celebrate the great work that these organisations were doing.

Worked with an outsourcer to do direct outreach to various organisations inviting them to join the awards. Also oversaw the award website content and communication content that went out to award participants and winners via automated email campaigns and social media promotion channels.
